No Propaganda VPS — Privacy Policy

1. General Provisions

This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter — the "Policy") defines the procedure for processing personal data of users of the No Propaganda VPS service, available at nopropaganda.tech, and the measures taken to ensure the security of personal data.

The personal data operator is: Individual Entrepreneur Myznikov Maxim, state registration number: 2641348549, TIN: 73005958, legal address: Republic of Armenia, Yerevan, Arabkir administrative district, A. Tigranyan St., Lane 1, building 28/2 (hereinafter — the "Operator").

The Operator processes personal data solely for the purposes set out in this Policy and does not transfer it to third parties without the consent of the data subject, except as expressly required by law.

By using the service, the user agrees to the terms of this Policy. If the user does not agree with the Policy, they must stop using the service.

2. What Data We Process

When registering and using the service, the Operator may process the following data:

• Email address — for account identification and communication with the user;
• Payment data — transmitted directly to the payment service (cryptocurrency processor, 1Payment, Tribute); the Operator does not store bank card or cryptocurrency wallet details;
• Technical data — IP address, information about the device and software used, date and time of connection — to the extent necessary for the technical operation of the service;
• Service usage data — selected subscription plan, subscription status, activation and expiration dates.

3. Purposes of Data Processing

The Operator processes personal data for the following purposes:

• Performance of the service agreement (public offer) concluded with the user;
• Providing access to the service and managing the user's subscription;
• Processing and recording payments, including recurring payments;
• Sending the user technical and informational notifications;
• User support and responding to inquiries;
• Prevention of fraud and abuse;
• Compliance with applicable legislation.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Personal data is processed on the following grounds:

• Consent of the data subject (acceptance of the public offer terms);
• Performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party;
• Compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

5. Data Retention Period

Personal data is stored for the duration of the agreement with the user and for three (3) years after its termination, unless a different period is required by applicable law. Upon expiry of the retention period, the data is destroyed.

6. Transfer of Data to Third Parties

The Operator does not sell, transfer, or disclose users' personal data to third parties, except in the following cases:

• Transfer to payment services (1Payment, Tribute, cryptocurrency processors) — solely to the extent necessary to process payments;
• Upon request from a court or authorized government authorities in accordance with applicable law;
• With the explicit written consent of the user.

The listed third parties process data in accordance with their own privacy policies. The Operator recommends reviewing them on the respective services' websites.

7. Data Security

The Operator takes organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or destruction. Such measures include: encryption during data transmission, restriction of access to personal data, and regular assessment of the effectiveness of the measures in place.

8. User Rights

The user has the right to:

• Obtain information about the processing of their personal data;
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• Request deletion of their personal data ("right to be forgotten");
• Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
• Request restriction of personal data processing;
• File a complaint with the authorized personal data protection authority.
