No Propaganda VPS — Public Offer

1. General Provisions

This document constitutes a public offer from Individual Entrepreneur Myznikov Maxim (state registration number: 2641348549, TIN: 73005958, address: Republic of Armenia, Yerevan, Arabkir administrative district, A. Tigranyan St., Lane 1, building 28/2; hereinafter — the "Contractor") addressed to any natural or legal person (hereinafter — the "User") who has expressed their intention to use the services of the No Propaganda VPS service, available at nopropaganda.tech (hereinafter — the "Service").

Acceptance of this offer is constituted by the User performing actions to pay for services or to register an account on the Service. From the moment of acceptance, an agreement for the paid provision of services (hereinafter — the "Agreement") is concluded between the Contractor and the User on the terms set out in this offer.

By accepting this offer, the User confirms that they have reviewed its terms, agree to them, and possess the legal capacity sufficient to conclude this Agreement.

The Contractor reserves the right to unilaterally amend this offer by publishing an updated version on the Service website. Continued use of the Service after the publication of changes constitutes the User's agreement to the new version of the offer.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Contractor undertakes to provide the User with access to the VPS service — a hardware-software complex that provides an encrypted internet connection, IP address change, and bypassing of network restrictions, and the User undertakes to accept and pay for the services rendered in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Services are provided in accordance with the subscription plan selected by the User. The list of subscription plans and their terms is published on the Service website.

Available subscription plans:

• "Basic plan" — standard subscription plan for individual use;
• "Individual plan" — extended subscription plan for individual use;
• "Family plan" — subscription plan for multiple users within one family;
• "For friends" — special subscription plan with individual terms.

Current prices and terms of each subscription plan are listed on the subscription page on the Service website.

3. Procedure for Service Provision

Services are provided to the User for the duration of the paid subscription. Access to the Service is activated after payment is confirmed. Subscription management is performed through the Service's Telegram bot: @nopropaganda_bot.

The Contractor ensures the operability of the Service and takes reasonable measures to minimize interruptions in its operation. Scheduled technical maintenance is carried out with prior notice to the User, where possible.

The Contractor does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service in cases related to the actions of third parties (blockings, technical failures on the side of internet providers) or force majeure circumstances.

Use of the Service requires the User to have an active internet connection, a compatible device, and software. Setup and connection are performed by the User independently based on the instructions provided by the Contractor.

4. Cost of Services and Payment Procedure

The cost of services is determined in accordance with the selected subscription plan. Current prices are listed on the Service website and in the Telegram bot at the time of subscription.

Subscription and payment for services are processed through the Service's Telegram bot: @nopropaganda_bot. Payment is made in advance for the entire duration of the selected subscription, or in the form of recurring (automatically renewable) payments — in accordance with the settings selected by the User.

Accepted payment methods: cryptocurrency, 1Payment and Tribute payment systems. The current list of available payment methods is displayed in the Telegram bot on the subscription page.

The payment obligation is considered fulfilled from the moment the funds are credited to the account of the relevant payment service.

The Contractor is not responsible for the actions of third parties processing payments.

5. Refund of Funds

Due to the digital nature of the services provided and the immediate provision of access to the Service after payment, refunds are processed in the following manner:

• Within 48 hours of the initial payment — in the event of a justified claim regarding the inoperability of the Service that the Contractor was unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe;
• In other cases — refunds are not issued, as the service is considered rendered from the moment access to the Service is provided.

6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

6.1. The Contractor is obligated to:

• Provide the User with access to the Service for the duration of the subscription;
• Provide technical user support through the Telegram bot @nopropaganda_bot and at support@gamepropaganda.com;
• Not transfer the User's data to third parties, except as provided for by law and the Personal Data Processing Policy;
• Notify the User of changes to the terms of the offer.

6.2. The Contractor is entitled to:

• Modify subscription plans, prices, and terms of service provision;
• Suspend or terminate access to the Service if the User violates the terms of this Agreement;
• Improve the Service, including making changes to its functionality.

6.3. The User is obligated to:

• Use the Service exclusively for lawful purposes;
• Make timely payment for services;
• Not share account access credentials with third parties;
• Comply with applicable laws when using the Service.

6.4. The User is prohibited from:

• Using the Service to commit unlawful actions;
• Reselling access to the Service without the written consent of the Contractor;
• Attempting to circumvent the Service's technical protection measures;
• Using the Service in ways that may cause damage to the Contractor or third parties.

7. Liability of the Parties

The Contractor is liable to the User solely up to the value of the services paid for by the User for the billing period in which the damage occurred.

The Contractor is not responsible for the inability to use the Service for reasons beyond the Contractor's control, including technical failures on the User's side or with their internet provider, force majeure circumstances, or actions of government authorities.

The User bears sole responsibility for compliance with applicable laws when using the Service.

The parties are released from liability in the event of force majeure circumstances: natural disasters, military actions, decisions of government authorities, internet outages, and other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the parties.

8. Term of Agreement and Termination Procedure

The Agreement enters into force upon acceptance of the offer and remains valid until the expiration of the last paid subscription period.

The User has the right to refuse subscription renewal at any time by disabling recurring payments in their personal account or by notifying the Contractor via email.

The Contractor has the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement in the event of a material breach of the terms of this Agreement by the User. In this case, funds for the unused period are not refunded.

9. Miscellaneous Provisions

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if such resolution is not possible — through judicial proceedings at the location of the Contractor.

If any provision of this offer is found to be invalid, this does not entail the invalidity of the offer as a whole.

The offer may be withdrawn by the Contractor. Withdrawal of the offer does not affect Agreements already concluded on its basis.
